GPR Communications
GPR Communications provides clients with a range of services including Media Relations, Corporate and Strategic Communications, Crisis Management and Media & Presentation Training. It works in close partnership with clients to identify their PR objectives before putting tailored plans in place to attain them.
The company was founded by Kieran Garry who has been working in journalism and PR for more than 25 years. During that time, he has worked at a senior level for Ireland’s leading media outlets and advised the CEOs of some of Ireland’s leading companies and organisations.
Clients include the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, EDF Renewables Ireland, The Irish Times, Sonas Nursing Homes, The CX Company, Mitchell McDermott and Rotary Ireland.
Kieran Garry
Kieran Garry is one of the country’s most experienced PR professionals having worked in journalism and PR for over two decades. During his time in journalism he held senior editorial roles in Ireland’s top three national radio stations. Having edited programmes such as Morning Ireland and The News at One on RTE Radio One, he joined Today FM’s Last Word as a Senior Producer before going on to be appointed Deputy Station Editor of Newstalk.
He joined a leading PR company in 2008 and over the next decade worked for a range of flagship companies and organisations in the property, consumer, health and media sectors before establishing GPR Communications.
Clients he has worked for include Topaz/Circle K, MyHome.ie, the Irish Dental Association, the Licensed Vintners Association, Glenveagh, NAMA, the NTMA, St Jude Medical, Urban Volt, Plusvital, the Irish Medical Organisation, the Irish Pharmacy Union and Permanent TSB Bank.
Kieran Garry is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII) and the National Union of Journalists (NUJ). He is a board member of the Irish Emergency Alliance.
